What does it mean to be a Values Ambassador?
Our Values Ambassadors are an important part of life at Greasby Junior School. Each year, Year 6 pupils are invited to apply for this prestigious leadership role by explaining why they would be well-suited and how they demonstrate our school values of Care, Courtesy and Consideration, as well as the wider Oak Trees MAT values.
From these applications, four pupils are selected by staff to serve as Values Ambassadors for the year. They act as role models across the school, showing kindness, respect, responsibility and integrity in everything they do.
Each week, our Values Ambassadors look for examples of our school and MAT values in action—whether in classrooms, around the school, or on the playground. They choose pupils who have stood out and help celebrate their achievements during our weekly Celebration Assembly.
Being a Values Ambassador is a highly respected position that helps pupils develop leadership skills, confidence and a deep understanding of what it means to contribute positively to our school community.
