Greasby Junior School, in partnership with Liverpool John Moores University, offers teacher training to graduates holding a 2:1 degree or above, who are ready to engage in classroom based training - a rigorous pathway into this most rewarding profession. 

Our Lady of Pity School is the lead school for our consortium of School Direct training schools, all of which are passionate about developing teaching and learning and are ideally placed to offer successful candidates excellent training. 

Our consortium offers placements for Primary teaching, Primary teaching with a specialism in Early Years and also Primary teaching with Mathematics specialism. All courses result in a Post Graduate Certificate in Education with 60 Master's credits.

Successful candidates will be offered the opportunity to express preferences as to their main placement school.
